Ingredients

1 oz (30mL) Rootside’s Ginger Beer Mixer
-
¼ oz (7.5mL) lime juice
-
2 oz (60mL) Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
-
Sparkling water or club soda
-
Highball Glass
Directions
Fill highball with ice
Add Rootside’s Ginger Beer Mixer, lime juice to taste, and rum
Top off the rest of the mug with sparkling water or club soda.
Gently stir to combine, garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy
