It's refreshing with a peachy herbaceousness followed by a bit of bitterness to keep things interesting. A low-ABV drink you can just keep sippin' all day!

Ingredients
-
4 oz (120 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt
-
3/4 oz (22 mL) Classic Dry Tonic Water Mix / Rootside Soda (or 4 oz regular, pre-carbonated, Tonic Water)
-
4-5 oz (120 mL) Sparkling Water (not needed if using pre-carbonated tonic)
Directions
Fill a stemless wine or highball glass with lots of ice. Fill glass halfway with Dry Vermouth, add Rootside Classic Dry Tonic Water Mix to taste and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon peel and enjoy!
