Lavender Martini

Gin, Vermouth and Lavender Tonic Bitters. A few years ago I became obsessed with finding my personal “perfect” martini and have since attempted countless variations on the classic dry martini formula with all number of gins, aromatized wines, bitters and garnishes. Potentially the most important thing I learned is that small tweaks go a very long way and, at least when it comes to the martini, less is undoubtedly more. Simplicity is key. Below is my specs for the perfect martini (according to me, so far).
