Ingredients
1 oz (30mL) Rootside’s Ginger Beer Mixer
3 strawberries
3/4 oz (22.5mL) Fresh lemon juice
2 oz (60mL) Bourbon (Okanagan Spirits BRBN)
Sparkling water or club soda
Highball Glass
Directions
Muddle strawberries in shaker tin
Shake all ingredients except soda with ice
Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass
Top with soda
Garnish with a lemon slice and strawberry
