Odd Society's Salal Gin is a wonderful local take on the tradition Sloe Gin and is honestly one of our favorite spirits made in BC. Makes the most wonderful G&T.

Ingredients

1 oz Rootside Classic Dry Tonic Water Mix
-
0.25 oz Fresh lemon juice
-
1.5 oz Salal Gin / Odd Society Spirits
-
4-5 oz sparkling water
Directions
Fill the glass of your choice with Rootside, lemon juice and gin. Add good ice and top with soda water. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy.
