Ingredients
-
1 oz (30mL) Rootside’s Ginger Beer Mixer
-
1/4 oz (7.5mL) Fresh lime juice
-
12 mint leaves
-
2 oz (60mL) Gin (Sheringham Distillery Seaside Gin)
-
Sparkling water or club soda
-
Highball Glass
Directions
Shake all ingredients except soda with ice
Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass
Top with soda
Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge
