Forest Dweller Gin, Amaro Chiaro, Dry Vermouth, Absinthe, and Cascadian bitters.
Essentially a White Negroni thats been influenced by the woods. Originally I had made this using a Spruce Tip gin but I swapped it out for the Forest Dwellers because it’s a bit drier I feel and bring s a bit more of a complex “woods” note.
