Ingredients

1 oz (30mL) Rootside Root Beer Syrup
-
2 oz (60mL) Absinthe / Arbutus Distillery's Baba Yaga Absinthe
-
Sparkling water or club soda
Directions
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and vigorously shake until chilled.
Strain into a highball glass
Top with soda water
